In today's busy world of juggling work with family responsibilities and other commitments, it is not always do-able to attend regular therapeutic sessions
The good news is that with today's technology, wheather you have, face time, SKYPE or telephone access you can receive personal, professional support confidentially from the comfort of your own home or office at a day and time that fits in with your busy schedule.

What to expect from on-line therapy:
During our first diagnostic session I will listen, assess and draw on my therapeutic skills to enable me to devise a personal treatment plan for you. This will include getting a really good understanding of your situation, your thoughts around it, your physical reaction to what is happening, your emotional feelings and your behaviour.
By finding out exactly what you hope to get out of working with me I will aim to meet your needs effectively and durably so that with each session we work towards positive change where you take a step closer towards a complete resolution of your concerns.
You will be fully supported throughout your programme. On average people work with me for a around 5 or 6 sessions, ideally weekly, this can however be adapted where necessary.
The techqniques I use may be a combination of:
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
There may also be use of work sheets which will be sent to you by email.
These can all be discussed in more detail when you make contact: Rest assured I will not apply any form of therapy unless you feel 100% comfortable with that particular model.
