My aim is to deliver a 5 Star Service whilst supporting you in making the transition between the life you have now and the life you want to achieve using either Clinical / Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, CBT Life Coaching, Career Guidance, Guidance Counselling, TFT or a combination of these. As part of your treatment where appropriate, I integrate behavioural techniques called CBT(Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Simply put these techniques identify the way that you think, feel and behave in a given situation. With my support you can learn how to change any negative patterns for the better. As a registerd QPR Qualified Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper, I am also able to offer emergency support to those in vulnerable emotional need of suicide prevention.
I offer face to face therapy and support for all patients and clients that can commute typically from the London, Greater London and West Essex Areas. I can also support you if you live further afield by SKYPE, Telephone and email.
With my therapy I offer an optional text service to all of my clients where you can update me on a daily basis of your progress should you wish to. This is all part of helping you feel more supported.
Whilst being a generic therapist, I am specialist in SPADE disorders. This is an acronym for:
I also have specialist interest in working with Adverse Childhood Experiences that can manifest in our adult psyche, years and even decades after the original time period of childhood.
